Kamichu!

I never thought that I'd like this anime. In the beginning, I only watched this out of boredom. What made me decide this anime was horrible was the fact that the plot didn't seem to have a solid opening. It was just... "oh yea, yesterday I became a god!"

And the other was the fact that Yurie, when "activating" her powers, would yell out "Ka... mi... chu!!" and that just... was a turn-off, I guess.

Nevertheless, I tried it. And found myself just watching it and laughing! I seriously thought that yurie was pretty cute; short, shy-- but just the typical anime heroine. Even though I hated her hair when it suddenly grows everytime she used her divine powers, I really liked the idea that she couldn't use it properly at times. Like when she accidentally summoned the hurricane Yurie.

Even though Yurie as a god was known... worldwide as a middle schooler god, I think it was just the idea that kind of crept me out.

This anime, I think, tells a great deal about friendship and studying; and love. How to balance your life when you have so much business everyday; it's tiring! And I really love how she keeps on blushing when her crush, Kenji Nonomiya is around.

Overall, I would give it an 8 our of ten just because the idea was pretty weird but good. And the art is also amazing; though sometimes you would find the mouths they draw weird. There isn't much plot to it; so I'd suggest not to watch it unless you're ok with a little plot (with the whole story and the love progress).

The last thing I kind of didn't like about this anime is that it's only 16 episodes long! I'm serious;

This anime is overall cute and funny; and weird at times!
