Kimi ga Nozomu Eien

Wow. At first I thought I hated this series because I started watching it in high school while I was getting ready for graduation and stuff. Not to mention I've seen only the English dub and din't bother watching the Japanese sub. Man was I ever wrong.

The Japanese was actually really good. Not only could you understand the whole story, but the music and the characters were just great. And then there is the whole artwork. The artwork was just good. Not to mention one of the best i have ever seen.

It starts off with a character named Takayuki , who has a lot of things on his mind. Then he meets a couple of girls named Haruka, who is shy and introverted and likes Takayuki, and Mitsuki, a girl from his class who also likes Takayuki but is denying her feelings of love. Also along the way is his best friend Shingi, who actually likes Mitsuki, but nonetheless offers advice for Takayuki, and Akane, Haruka's younger sister who looks up to Mitsuki and treats Takayuki like an older sibling.

Takayuki begins going out with Haruka, who likes him and confesses her feelings for him. While they date, all of a sudden Haruka winds up in a coma, and before you know it, Mitsuki and Takayuki starts getting together and have a relationship ....while Haruka remains in a hospital.

It's a really good series that will put you in a rollercoaster and have you thinking about life, friends, and love and etc. It's a series that i recommend to everyone, even if you do hate the ending, or if you prefer it in English, because the English was good, but what can you expect from Funimation.

It's a good series i recommend to anyone, young and old. A series definitely worth rewatching. Watch it now!

This series is my sixth favorite anime series(I have seen around fifty). I don't like a lot of anime because a lot don't have a very good story line and characters that are not shallow. I am a very harsh critic and it is hard for much to appeal to me, but this anime series was touching.

It starts out like most anime dramas that are about high school students. A cute girl (Haruka Suzumiya) likes a cute boy (Takayuki Narumi) they get together and fall in love, but then the story does a 180. Takayuki is late for a date(like usual) and Haruka gets hit be a vehicle while standing on the sidewalk. She does'nt die, but she goes into a comma for about three years. Mean while her best friend (Mitsuki Hayase) cares for Takayuki because he blames himself for Haruka condition. Mitsuki falls in love with Takayuki while taking care of him then they start to date and Takayuki starts to return to his normal self. All of a sudden Takayuki gets a call one day and is told that Haruka woke back up and does'nt know she was in a comma for three years.

You will experience much pain, sadness and anger with the characters in this series. It is easy to relate to all of them throughout the whole story. If you like anime and stories that consist of much drama then you will enjoy this series. This story is not for people under the age of sixteen. There are several sex scenes, but the most you see are the breasts of the two main characters. So like I said don't expect to watch this with a child, but for adults I highly recommend this series.

It had such a dramatic good story,,, And make you wonder what you would've done if you were in his place...

It was really good, i liked the story and the plot... and sometimes,, they make you angry at some acts that the characters do. or they might drive you to hate a character... but the anime in general was really good.

And Advise don't watch the OVA, Because its CRAP... (Whoever made it, have ruined the story)
