Tsunade is the leader of the village and thus has many jobs to do. However she hates most of them she shines when it comes to her fighting skills. Tsunade has killer fighting skills and is one of the best healers around. Despite not always being able to keep her cool her ups outweigh anything she has difficulty with. While not the best at always being leval headed she can make the right decision when needed to. She is also a great deal of fun to watch! In many aspects Tsunade is a lot like Naruto they both can be impulsive but deep down inside we know they both want whats best, its just a matter of how many fits we see before.

as for her leadership with other villages Tsunade is a pro at knowing how to help her neighbors. She has also been able to create a team on ninja to pursue an issue. Tsunade is also very good at understanding the affairs in her village. She has a good understanding of all the ninjas good and weak points. Plus she has a strong moral compass unlike her opponents, it will take a lot of skill for Naruto to be the Hokage!
