This anime Kono Aozora ni Yakusoku wo, a school life and romance anime, is about a young boy named Hoshino Wataru, who lived in Tsugumi dormitory. He tells a story about his last three years at school on the island and the girls, how he met them.

Story: Kono Aozora ni Yakusoku wo is an anime for those, who love school animes. I agree the storyline isn't that amazing as I hoped. It failed because the episode is cutted into two episodes for the six girls in this anime. The story is simple: Wataru is talking about the past, how he met the girls and how to solve the problems of the girls. I guess the maker of this anime didn't managed the anime to be like the game.

Music: It's just too nice. The background music is nice, opening and ending music is nice too.

Animation: I love the animation.

Overall: In my opinion, it is not wasted time to watch it. I recommended for those, who love or like Shuffle! and/or Kanon. The storyline tried to be like the anime Shuffle!, but there was a limit at 13 episodes. It would be awesome, if there where more than 13 episodes to bring the storyline a little bit up. Some of you might know, that Kono Aozora ni Yakusoku wo has a H-Rated game, which the storyline is amazing than the anime.

It's so CORNY~!
I couldn't make it past the first episode! Normally, I would try, but it's too much melodrama over too small an issue and far to early in the series to even have that degree of drama!!
The animation seems very pretty and the music is good, but I just can't take the drama.
Good luck to anyone else trying to tackle this series!

Where do I even begin with reviewing this excellent, albeit short anime series that I've just finished watching! From the very first episode & the word go I instantly knew that it would be right up my street and I was hooked as I'm a massive fan of anime school/dormitory dramas as it anyway. And the opening theme song is just so lovely, I find myself humming it a lot!

The storyline is really emotional & captures the feelings of all the characters well, especially in the girls who are staying at the dormitory all together, and my favourite character of them all is Asakura Naoko, but saying that, I think that they're all really good & likeable characters in their own way aswell. I recommend this series highly to anyone who hasn't already seen it!

If you like harem animes but without too much fanservice, then this series should provide good drama. In a nutshell, with the dwindling population on Minamisakou island, Wataru and the other girls of the dorm spend their last days together. The series dedicates 2 episodes per girl and sees how Wataru deal the problems and issues that each girl faced.

some of u may know this but some of u may not, Hey i just discovered in wiki that this anime was befor a Japanese adult game called "Kono Aozora ni Yakusoku o", but it turned into an anime in 2007 called "Kono Aozora ni Yakusoku o: Yōkoso Tsugumi Ryō e" ( The Promise I made over this Blue Sky ~ Welcome to the Tsugumi Dorm )...lol! there is so many H-games that turned into animes...oh and if your wondering there wont be 2nd season, like allmost all H-games turned into animes they dont plan to make 2nd season of this. so sorry, dont get your hopes up XD and i know!

well what can i say about this anime?
as ya'll can see my rating in each field was excellent
at first its kind of confusing but as you keep watching, you could figure out how the story goes
and it also teaches a lesson...hope ya'll figure that out

the story line was unique....i havent seen an anime that has that kind of story.....
the music's were very nice....though i cant understand it, the melow of the music was the one that touches me somehow...specially the farewell song...the very last song of the very last episode......
the characters were awesome....the author made 7 different characters but in the end those difference between them made them unique yet they still get along with each other and also get closer like a family....
the animation was good....thier looks really portrait thier personality.....

and thats my review for this wonderfull anime
even though i dont know that much about its origin, i really enjoyed it
so for those who havent seen it yet, i hope you would also enjoy watching it like some of us did

I'm not watching this past the first episode. I'm glad to have made it as far as I have. Confusing like none other. Cheesy characters and over dramatic plot. What's going on? I don't know and I'm not sticking around to find out.

I guess if the show is not too the disgusting but i still think its nice hehe the music is the best **
if the show is like popular i sure talk about it at school
but when i go search other web for watching the anime
