David Patrick Seitz (born March 17, 1978 in Riverside, California) is an American voice actor and director who is well known for his role in Koi Kaze as Koshiro Saeki. Seitz also voices the role of Isshin Kurosaki, the wacky father of Ichigo Kurosaki in the dubbed version of the wildly popular anime series Bleach. He recently voiced Franky in a One Piece video game, and will be reprising the role in the anime.

Seitz is known for his deep voice and is generally cast in gruff character roles.
