Overview
This little witch is the Student Council president of Constant Academy, and has assistants that seem to coincide with her “Halloween” theme: a robot, a vampire, and a werewolf. Lily is also one of the few girls that is openly affectionate towards Akuto. Don’t let her cutesy looks fool you: she is incredibly adept at using magic.
