I will only say a few things,

Classic sports anime. If you like slam dunk, prince of tennis and eye-shield 21 you will definitely enjoy this anime.

That being said, this anime will kill your mood! You will probably feel like crying more times than I will be willing to admit. And this is true for mostly each season of this anime. You might even start wondering when it will stop being so sad. Takes a long ass time. I'm still in S6 and I feel like killing the author of this for making me feel so terrible!!

But anyway. This is an anime that will get you sucked in and feeling everything that the main character is. My only recommendation is watch a bunch of episodes at a time, and when you feel like you found a place to stop for the night stop!!! Otherwise you will get sucked into it.

if any of you are Prince of Tennis fans, this anime is a must-see. Goro never gives up, and his pitching skills are seriously awesome. I came into this anime thinking "Well, I have no knowledge of baseball, so this will definitely be a flop" and came out thinking "Wow, I'm an absolute idiot." Even if you have no idea what baseball is, don't let that stop you from watching this anime. As you go along, you'll not only get to watch a great anime, you'll also get to learn more about baseball. Goro has time and time again given me and my sisters chills from watching his talent and awesome baseball skills. Truly an amazing and inspiring anime series

(this isn't exactly a review, but i'm helping out for those who are unable to find videos of this anime.)
i love this anime even though it's centered around baseball, and i'm no baseball fan. in fact, i have no interest in the sport in real life at all and most other sports.
however, i still watched the anime straight on from episode 1 of season 1 to the latest episode of season 6. so for those who have no interest in sports like me, you should still watch it.
there are many free stream vidoes online without the use of advertisements to watch major on. try www.zomganime.com , www.animecrazy.net , www.anilinkz.com --if you are unable to find it, google it on www.google.com , obviously.. i can't see why no one can find any when there are popular search engines like these..

okay just to say Goro's korean name is 박찬(bak-chan) but people just call him 찬아 for boys(chan-a) and i think girls just call him 찬이(chan-ie(or chan-nee) anyway all the same and not that he very popular with girls because the artist i think drew his nose a little bigger than normal. well on the korean stle he is!! and his red with green and wears red wrist bands(forgot his name...) is sooooo much hotter then the japanesse style soo much hotter!

major is soooooooo good i watch it on tv cause i cant find a episode even when he was younger it wass sooo goood but i started to watching right when he hurt his right arm... then on came major high school... and i got sooo confused... i wish they had major episodes in crunchy roll..

P.S.: and to the first person who wrote a reveiw on this series they show it in south korea if u ever heard of where i live

this anime series is so cool..! i love sports and i love baseball.. The characters are so good and the story is really great..!! i need to watch it till end..! Goro is the greatest baseball player in anime world.. haha

in my opinon this is the best sports anime me ever because it has a kick-ass storyline that makes u want to watch every episode. too bad they only show it in japan. but thats alright i can still watch it online. so if u give this anime a shot im sure u will like it. for baseball players like me its a must
