Min Young Park

Park Min Young, Rachel, 박민영, 朴敏英 is a South Korean model and actress born on March 4, 1986. She previously lived in Pennslyvania and is a graduate from Dongguk University, majoring in drama and film.

Park Min Young entertainment world debut story is very unique. Her management company, SidusHQ was browsing Cyworld mini-hompies and found Park Min Young’s homepage by chance. They found her to be a charming person and decided to give her a casting call and the rest is history.

Park Min Young began her career by first signing a six months contract with Korean Air as their airline model in late 2006. She gained prominence after her debut acting role in MBC’s 2006 unstoppable sitcom 'High Kick'. Her immense popularity following that saw this newbie actress became the model for Lotte Duty Free shop where her predecessors were Rain and Park Yong Ha.

Her success saw her first lead female role in just her second acting gig for KBS drama, 'I Am Sam' in 2007 which further cemented her doll-like cutie pie status among her fans. She made her return in 2008 with 'Return of the Gumiho' as a 9-tailed fox while also appearing in Big Bang’s music video 'Haru, Haru'. In 2009 Park Min Young will grace her audience as a princess in 'Princess Ja Myung Go'.
