Actually, he's just crossdressing. Which is called transvestite. Vest meaning clothing. It has no sexual connotations.
The character seems to actually be female-impersonating rather than just wearing female, clothing, though.
Urg... gay and trans are two VERY different things... There is no suggestion of any character being gay, but Kei is (currently at least) transgendered. Bleh... ignorance isn't very becoming...
I feel the same way. I'm not going to go out and buy a series DVD for $20 just to see 2 episodes when I can't even see the show at all first. The dubbing companies are setting themselves up for doom.
There is a lot of that going around since many people are getting scared do to copyright. But I refuse to buy something if I can not see a sample first.
