No Regret,

Oh where to begin. This goes on my list of best BL movies, I can watch this movie 40 times and it still won't lose its value. First, lets start with the acting - which was just amazing. I don't speak a word of Korean and I could tell these guys did a damn good job! Young-Hoon Lee's performance was on point, and he captured the main characters personality beautifully. By far, Nam-gil Kim was my favorite of the bunch, his role (Song Jae-min) was just too cute. I love how Jae-min tirelessly pursued Su-min after being denied and beaten many times. It was beautiful watching Su-min barrier slowly crumble until he admited (if you want to call it that) his love for Jae-min.

Now, some people may be confused by the 'crotch grabbing' - which happens twice in the movie. Here is my opinion on the symbolism: The first time Su-min fondles Jae-min's junk (^_^) was a turning point in their relationship, say a blossoming or beginning of their love, although the had already had sex. It became official at that point. Now, for those who have seen the movie, you know how their relationship progressed...or descended. It was obvious that they had lost the purity of their relationship; Su-min tried to kill Jae-min. So the finally scene with the 'crotch-grabbing' was like a start over. It was Jae-min's way of saying he still loved Su-min and it became the 2nd initiative to their relationship. I hope that helps, or that is somewhat close.

Another topic I was to touch is the diverse characters, each with their own story. For example, the madame (who amused me the most) and his..uh...employees. From Kim Dong-wuk's portrayal of the orphan to the madame's number 1 employee, they each contributed to the story line. I think the best line of the movie is:

" Where am I going find another like you, you foxy bitch" - delivered by the Madame.

I hope that helped someone who was looking for a good review, its an excellent movie and because of it, I'm in love with Nam-gil Kim
