Ryōtarō Okiayu (置鮎 龍太郎, Okiayu Ryōtarō?) is a seiyū, who was born on November 17, 1969 in Kokura Minami-ku, Kitakyushu, Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Prefecture. His blood type is O. He is currently affiliated with Aoni Production.

He married once to fellow seiyuu Nao Nagasawa and had a daughter. They are now divorced.
