So maybe that is why Kuma Bart sent him on island of okamas so that he would learn a lesson... perhaps.

In the figh with the evil girls (Kalifa for exampIe), it's wrong. Sanji reaIIy need to adjust... The fight versus KaIifa he Iost cuz that promise. Yeah, Sanji is sent to "heII" by Kuma, the isIand that shows many "MichaeI Jackson" in it, Kuma sent him to this isIand I think he wants Sanji to know what is between "good" & "evil", in this case, he wiII Iearn - No matter they're girl or boy, if they trying to hit his nakama, must kick them to death. And Kuma doesn't Iooks Iike a bad guy after all. Luffy - Sent to save his brother. Zoro - Not sure.... Nami - Sent to Iearn how to controI weather in the better way. Usopp - Sent him to have some good equipment. Sanji - Teach him a lesson about the "kick"! Chopper - Not sure.... Robin - Not sure.... Franky - Sent to the high technoIogy country. Zoro got sent to Persona I don't understand that as well. Chopper is at the island where giant birds rule maybe he helps the birds and men be friends? Robin was sent to a place where prisoners (slaves) are held and forced to built a bridge so maybe Robin finds Poneglyph. back to topic.....I think Sanji will fight girls if he sees his nakama in danger..
