He is way stronger than any of the super novas except luffy. He will burn Trafalgar Law and Kidd to crisp in 10 seconds. Blackbeard can defeat him if he doesn't get blitzed first. I say he is in Schibukai level. I would have even said he was in admiral's league if he had haki. Just the Devil fruit power wise his is in admiral's league.

He has a great power I give him that but its been proven he has no fight skills a glass jaw if you are able to put hands on him and you are strong enough he's gone. Tell me zoro wouldn't beat him in a fresh fight. You know what i'd put rob lucci on him.

His power has no use on Luffy, that's all. If he were to attack anyone else, he'd be victorious almost always. Let's not forget that he has something called Mantra. He can predict your next move with that power. It's almost better than Haki.
