Overview
Padudu is a little girl from Sea Heaven chosen to be a magical girl candidate. She has red hair, blue eyes, and wears a blue dress with orange stripes. She is a bit naieve, but can be serious when the time calls for it. Her partner is Uokichi, a big pink fish. Padudu uses Uokichi as a coat and for a food supply, tearing meat off as she needs it (to Uokichi's dismay). Even if Padudu eats all of Uokichi's meat, he will regain it the next day.
