Paptimus Scirocco is a fictional character and antagonist from the anime series Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam. Scirocco is a member of the Earth Federation's counter-insurgent organization Titans, who cunningly works his way to the top and eventually takes command of the entire force after pulling off a coup d'etat.
