Formed in (roughly) 1996, Penpals is best known for it song 'Tell Me Why', which was used as an opening song for anime 'Berserk'.

Penpals disbanded in 2005 to allow Munemasa to focus on developing his side-project band, Reverslow, he founded in 2004.
