Rina Tachibana : a Girl With a Dark Past
Rina Tachibana is a card dealer at the Howard Resort Casino. Rina was raised by Risa Rollins, Rio's mother, because her mother is hospitalized in a coma. She has come under the influence of Cartia who claims to be her aunt. According to Cartia, Rina and Rio Rollins are sisters. Furthermore Cartia convinces Rina that Risa and Rio are responsible for her mother's condition. Rina is seeking revenge on Rio. Is Cartia misleading her?
Rina is a Gate Holder and possesses Gate Holder cards. She is also a "Roll Ruler" which makes her more powerful than Rio.
