Romantic Princess

This was the first Taiwanese drama I have watched and found it quiet cute. Starts off kind of weird but soon picked up. Very cute and I would recommend this drama who doesn't mind the whole poor girl becomes rich story.

Good:

-Their acting was very well
-Characters were fun and easy to understand

Bad:

-The beginning was hard to believe, like how the rich family was actually really calm excluding one
-Some parts in the plot went by so slowly and took a few episodes to get to the point

Storyline: Personally the storyline seems kinda cliche, the girl wants to be rich, her rich biological grandfather finds her, she becomes rich all of a sudden, and she has a harem of guys to choose from, the girl that makes her jealous, the guy that makes him jealous... So if you want something unique and original this won't be as good of a piece to recommend, but it does make you go "AWW" at times

Music: I quite liked the music ;D, to me it was one of the best parts in the the drama. I loved how at different times they had the perfect music to go along with the scenes, some of the scenes were quite touching but added along with the music made it a tear jerker. The main theme: Some where over the rainbow was nicely sung by Angela and I loved how they incorporated the lyrics with what was happening in the drama. There was this one part where jing wanted to get away from the wangfu family and survive on his own and the last part of some where over the rainbow " where blue birds fly, oh why can't I" I thought that was pretty unique

Characters: Some of the characters seem cliche to me, the playboys, the cold ones but I guess those are the ones everyone likes the most so I got over that after a couple of episodes, and after a couple of episodes I started to notice that everyone in the group had his own distinct personality

Acting: The acting was fairly good and convincing, but ... I've seen better so a 4.5 for them ^^'

Overall: I guess it was a good time killer, but if you don't like cliche things I wouldn't recommend it to you, but from my pow they should make a second season

P.S. I watched this drama last year, so its not fresh in memory, but its memorable.
Ill be honest, i expected this to be a really good drama; my friends said it was really good. Truthfully, i think its a bit overrated. I watched this drama from recommandations, and after i read the storyline, i thought, "Oh, this seems interesting, the idea of a normal girl becoming an heiress". It was... only at the beginning. It got too repetitive after with the plot, as well as the plot somewhat shifted O_O
The music was the best for me. The various songs suited the timing of the scenes, and i like the songs in the drama. Therefore it was the best for me. The characters were pretty good: well built, different personalities, entertaining especially Nan Feng Ying, made me laugh each time. Nan Feng Lin was my favourite though^^. As for the acting, it was not bad, pretty convincing for the most part.
Overall, its not the best i've seen but not the worst.

Verdict: Its Okay

i love this movie. Wu Zun was so cute in this movie. i mean drama. The story line is going really good. and they have great actors. I watched thhis drama, and i cried. it is really good at the end and from the beginning too. I couldn't stop watching this movie. i mean drama. even though, i wish they made a movie out of it. this movie is great. i recomment everyone in the world who get the chance to watch this drama! It is really good! go check it out!!!

Overall: It's greatly overrated. It's just so-so (but it was worth seeing it for Wu Chun)
Storyline: Xiao Mai was adopted by middle classed parents, but always wanted to be an heiress. One day her dream comes true. Xiao Mai's biological grandfather is the head of an aristocratic family and after many years of searching, he finally finds his long lost granddaughter. The only interesting parts in my opinion was the romantic moments of Wu and Angela, i didn't like the whole story that much because it was too average.
Music: The music was my favorite part.
Characters: My favorite character was Nan Feng Jin.
Acting: I loved Wu Chun. Angela Zheng could have done better.
