no they didn't make season 3 yet since the Rozen Maiden 2 volume one (manga) hasn't been completed yet by the creators of Rozen Maiden

I really loved it, season 2 was even cooler... i loved the final fight... Bara Suishou was a total bitch i was so glad when shinku kicked her ass... I am still awaiting for a season 3 any idea where to watch it?? or did they not make one?
