Some beautiful moments in this movie but overall it was a snooze. Once again a weak story fails the film. Also thought the theme music was silly. Too simplistic to fascinate classically trained musicians.

their symbolic names make me smile. i wonder if they address that in the movie, or if it's just to be noticed. but i'll be watching this soon. Matsuken!!!

This movie moved me to tears at the end, when Uta and Kenichi played together. I feel so bad that Uta became deaf after her big performance with the orchestra.
