Some beautiful moments in this movie but overall it was a snooze. Once again a weak story fails the film. Also thought the theme music was silly. Too simplistic to fascinate classically trained musicians.

This movie moved me to tears at the end, when Uta and Kenichi played together. I feel so bad that Uta became deaf after her big performance with the orchestra.

It is logical to hear not just the normal ear can but to be guided with your heart. A love that compensates and inspires. Kenichi can be her ears and Riko can be his hands. Recommended!
