This is one of my favorite movies of all time, I can't get enough of it. I think I've watched this over 10 times. The story line, plot, music and everything is so wonderful. I just which they had made a Spirited Away 2.

This is a MUST SEE movie. The backgrounds are astounding, as they're filled with much details and colors. The story is just an original as it follows the adventure of a spoiled 10 year old girl, named Chichiro. She's always letting people do things for her, and never took the time to look at the beauty around her. As she embarks on this adventure, she finds love from Haku, when they realize they had seen each other long ago. At the end Chichiro is a totally different person. The best part is how she changes. She grows more mature, by facing her fears on her own, and finding love.
The only disappointment was that it leaves you hanging, because we never go to see what to Haku at the end.

I liked it because I really do, I've been watched so many anime, but this I like most.
It's about a 10 year old girl whose moving with her parents, leaving her friends and school behind. During the time you met up with spirits and monsters. Chihiro is the girl in the serie. I really like her character, They all went to that new town, they went through the tunnel I guess, and appear in a town, no one was there, but there are foods everywhere, Chihiro's parents started eat all of it, then her parents turned into pigs.
Chihiro running to get help, she founds a boy 'Haku' who smuggles her into a large bathhouse and tells her to look for a job, so she can stay there until he helps her to look for her parents back and escape. Haku the boy hints that he knew Chihiro when young.
It's a really emotional anime. The serie just so on . . .
She's only 10 years old, and you can do anything like an adult survive with spirits and monsters.
My cousin is 10 years old, even she goes to toilet, she needs her mom to help her which is my aunty.
Haku is a dragon I guess, searching in my brain, haven't watch this anime for about a year.

Spirited Away is a heart-warming movie about a little girl and her parents who are moving into a new house. The little girl falls asleep in the car on the way there, and when she wakes up to go find her parents, she finds out they have been turned into pigs! So throughout most of the movie, she goes through different challenges and meets new people in order to find a way to turn her parents back to normal. She winds up meeting a handsome young man who can turn into a dragon. She later on remembers that she has known him for most of her life, but barely remembers how he saved her life so long ago. In the end she completes her mission and releases her parents from the spell, has to say goodbye to all the new friends that she has made, including the boy-dragon. I think anyone who has seen and liked, Howl's Moving Castle, Princess Mononoke, and Castle in the Sky, will definatly love this movie.

Then i thought "i can already see were this is going, another alice in wonder land. like i havent seen this type of movie before". Then i found myself a bit confused in the begining craving for more infomation to what was going on in the movie.I was thrilled to know what would happen next and sad the movie came to an end. Ten-year-old Chihiro and her parents are moving to a new town, much to Chihiro's displeasure. While driving, they get lost and her father decides to take a shortcut down a mysterious forested pathway. After a short but bumpy drive, the family comes to a stop at what seems to be an abandoned theme park. Curious, the father leads his family through a tunnel and explores the park, finding a deserted town and a stall full of freshly-cooked food. The parents greedily help themselves while Chihiro refuses to eat. As Chihiro's parents are eating, she wanders off and meets a boy named Haku. Haku seems to be familiar with Chihiro and warns her to escape with her parents before it gets dark; she returns to find they have turned into pigs, and that the way back has become a deep river. Spirits appear and go about the park. As Chihiro sees them, she realizes that she's in another world. Haku secretly takes Chihiro to a large bathhouse to avoid alerting the spirits to her presence. Haku then tells her that she must get a job from the boiler man, Kamajii until he can help her recover her parents and escape.
With the help of the six-armed boiler room master Kamajii and a bathhouse servant girl named Lin,[2] Chihiro is able to convince Yubaba, the elderly Witch and owner of the bath house, to give her a job; in exchange, Chihiro is forced to give up her name so that Yubaba may keep her in service for eternity. Yubaba gives her new servant the name "Sen(千)," which is derived from "Chihiro(千尋)" by removing the second character and using the alternate reading of the first. Chihiro eventually learns that Haku is similarly indebted to Yubaba. Chihiro is put to work alongside Lin, helping to bathe and serve the most difficult spirits in the bathhouse. Chihiro is able to successfully bathe a "stink spirit" (later revealed to be a river spirit who had been heavily polluted), who rewards Chihiro for her service with a magic medicine made from special herbs.

This is one movie I can watch over and over again without ever getting tired of it. x3 I can even recite some lines. The characters are realistic and are voiced quite nicely. The plot is very interesting, too. Definitely a must-see!
