Overview
In a technologically advanced world, sorcery is on the rise and threatens to turn the humans who use it into evil spirits in this fantasy themed anime. To protect the public against demon attacks, authorities dispatch "tactical sorcerer" Ray Otto Steinberg. There is one problem though... if he uses too much magic, he risks losing his humanity and transforming into one of the monsters he's trying exterminate!
