Duncan Brannan is a professional voice actor with a colorful resume, including such highlights as Chuck E. Cheese (1993-Present), Barney the Dinosaur (1999-2001), and numerous other voices in hit anime series such as the Dragon Ball spinoffs (Z, GT), and the Dragonball Budokai video games, Samurai 7, Fullmetal Alchemist, Kiddy Grade, Meitantei Conan or "Case Closed", YuYu Hakusho, Mushishi, Baki the Grappler, Blue Gender, Shumishi (vol. 10), One Piece, "Vexille", and "Jyu-Oh-Sei".

Brannan works as a Christian writer and freelance consultant in speaking, presentation, and the fine arts. He also conducts acting seminars in motivational theory, vocalization, and stage movement.

Brannan has been mistakenly credited sometimes as Duncan Brennan and Duncan Brannon.

Some of his most notable roles are: Chuck E. Cheese (both English and Spanish), Barney the Dinosaur (Brannan was Barney's voice for the PBS series, acted as Barney's voice for PR spots on radio and TV, and was recorded in a host of CD rom games, books, and plush toys). He voiced Ninja Murasaki, Boss Rabbit, Zoonama, and Monster Carrot in Dragon Ball, Babidi and Bibidi in Dragon Ball Z, Dr. Myuu and others in Dragon Ball GT, Sarquiss, Shepherd, and others in the FUNimation dub of One Piece, the mysterious character Third in the Funimation dub of "Jyu-Oh-Sei" (Planet of the Beast King).
