When I first started watching this, I was not expecting much since not a lot of people put this as their favorite. However, Two Out in the Ninth Inning is a really good drama. There's lots of comedy, some teary moments, and very realistic. I liked the realistic-ness (with comedy) about this drama. Not a lot of dramas put that in. Also, as mentioned in other reviews, this drama has nothing to do with baseball. It's just a way to compare their lives.

Just watch this drama. I am sure you won't regret it, just as I didn't. Image

NanHee is about to turn thirty, she lives at home with a mother who thinks she's doing nothing with her life and she is pretty much embarrassed to go out with her very hot, very young boyfriend(so there's no way she's marrying him). Basically when it comes success at life she's got two outs in the ninth inning of her life. She tries to take charge of her life by moving out and into HyungTae, her longtime friend's, apartment while he travels the world. Unfortunately when his trip gets cut short, because he blew all his money to see SungAh, his first love, the two(HyungTae and Nanhee) end up sharing his apartment-- from there the drama takes off.

Yes there is baseball, but here's a big NO, this is not a sports drama-- not at all. I have no idea why CR has that description of the drama on the info page-- I was so confused. The story uses baseball as a metaphor for life-- its a slightly unique view but it works here.

This drama was AMAZING, its a little bit desperate and a whole lot of funny. Not only do the leading actors do a superb job, all the supporting actors, like SNSD's Yoona, are excellent. The story is fun, it can be rather light at times and bring you to tears others.

I definitely recommend this to everyone, but it is a must see for fans of My Sister-in-Law is 19 and Que Sera Sera.

This drama is not about baseball 100%, its about relationships.

Two best friends, they liked each other in High School, but they never told each other. They grew up dating different people and getting their hearts broken, to later realize they love each other. Worth Watching.
