Miss Tytania on Crunchyroll! it's out there at Episode 15 but on crunchyroll it would have been better since fans here leave comments. even if it's licenced it does not end until April, it has 26 episodes.

Although you can't watch it here, fan subbed versions can be downloaded for your edutainment. This is fairly good series. It's nice to have break from the plethora HS based comedy/dramas and "odd girl w/sword & powers", that dominate anime.
