OOO!! I just love this anime! the whole thing is the bom!
The storyline, the art, the settings, the characters, the whole plot, its just GREAT!

Although there are times when its sad, bt hey! That's what you're supposed to expect when you're watching a story about war right?
I love how the story developed.!

And I think that it has a perfect balance of drama, comedy, seriousness and romance, which is the wholesome package of a good story.
The uniforms are cool too, and the way the anime is drawn and animated is different than other usual animes with bright colours and stiff hair movements and all.

Couldn't say that this anime does not have its moments but, the anime gives out a pleasent vibe through the pictures. Its something different for a change.
I LOVE IT!

If you really enjoy subtle, war movies, with a pinch of romance, then,...
I sincerely recommend this anime!

Anime Review

Characters:
Great my only complaint is Anime Welkin is not as strong as the Game Welkin. (i hope that makes sense)

Music:
Uses the game music, i like how this links the game and the anime even if the characters and storyline are different.

Storyline:
The core storyline of VC is great, however, my only complaint is the 'rushing' and some times huge deviations of the storyline from the game. I realise it would not be very interesting if the game and the anime were exactly alike but personally i believe they should have kept certain aspects the same as the game. However, the anime storyline focus' more of the characters rather than the battles (thats where the game comes in!) and don't expect to know exactly what will happen if you've played the game since the anime has a different take on certain pinnacle points.

Overall:
A must watch for fans of the game!
