If that were to happen, I would obviously feel devastated. I doubt that would happen but say it did, Yuuki would then have to take responsibility. So the outcome would've been Yuuki vs. Sara. Sara's intentions are to make the lower ranked vampires her slaves and eventually, they all would would think her as their master. With that, she'd have more power to fight and defend herself. I don't think that would still keep her safe since once again, Kaname's the strongest pureblood and Zero, the strongest vampire hunter. She'd be defeated instantly. But we also mustn't underestimate her as well since it looks like she's planning something very sinister in the recent chapters. (Especially the blood tablets. I think she would feed them to all the vampires so they'd obey her or something like that.)

I think Kaname knows about it too that's why he leaves yuki since he is afraid that one day she will leave him too. This just shows how people can vote by personal preference without any thought and logic. (>.<) No matter how much you like Zero, no matter how hot he is. No matter how much you think he deserves Yuuki and how much you want them to end up with each other, the reality is, if Zero and Kaname fights seriously, Zero's life points will become exactly like that of his name. Zero. Zero can only be saved by Yuuki's intervention. Without it Zero would not even last a minute against Kaname.
