Overview
Victor Sinclair is the Grandfather of Winner Sinclair in Chibi Vampire Karin. He is a very stricked vampire hunter and looks down to Winner since he isn't a very good vampire hunter. Not much is known of him and he only comes into the TV series near the end. What is known is that he comes from a long line of vampire hunters that are after the Maaka family because of what happen to one of their ancestors that fell in love with Elda.
