Windows media player cannot play the file because the specified protocol is not supported. If you typed a URL in the Open URL dialog box, try using a different transport protocol(for example 'http' or 'rtsp'). Can someone please help me with this?

For additional assistance, click Web Help".. just wanna know if you get this problem too... Hi, I got this problem too, anyone know how to solve it ?

I haven't had any success with any of the other options either. I haven't tried downloading anything though, as I'm on a work computer and I can't do that. Any suggestions please??? 4 minutes to go!!!!!!!!!
