Winnie Hsin (Chinese name: Hsin, Hsiao Chi; 辛曉琪; pinyin: Xīn Xiǎoqí; surname also spelled Shin; b. Fengyuan City, Taichung County, Taiwan, February 8, 1962) is a pop singer from Taiwan. Her ancestors come from the northern Liaoning province of China.
In 1976 she was admitted to the Taipei Hwa Kang Arts School (华冈艺术学校), where she majored in vocal music, and in 1979 she began attending the Chinese Culture University (中国文化大学) in Taipei.
Her first album, Lonely Winter (寂寞的冬), was released in 1986. Her albums have appeared on Decca Records and Rock Records.
In June 2007 it was announced that Hsin would be one of the performers on the Live Earth concert in Shanghai on July 7, 2007.
