Summary
Brothers Senshiro and Tasaburo are back for more of the murder and mayhem that surrounds the secret scrolls. For this second installment, they rolled out the TohoScope cameras, and director Inagaki used the aspect ratio to good effect, although parts of the movie seem to promote the natural beauty of Japan, like a
travel documentary.

At the start, Tasaburo has fully retired from his ninja lifestyle and lives in perfect happiness with his lovely Princess Yu (Yuhime) in an idyllic rural setting. This all changes when the villanous Yagyu Jubei pays a call. Brother Senshiro, still a full-time ninja in search of the scrolls returns just in time to save his own lovely princess and to help Tasaburo out of a bind.
