Well,,,,I can say the manga is REALLY good.I start reading Yakitate!Japan around 2006,my friend bought the manga so then,I read it.Then I find out that the bookstore didnt sell the whole manga.So I go to www.onemanga.com to read it online.It was really a good story,its about a 6th years old boy called Kazuma Azume who really like rice.Then he met a bread maker that said his dream is to make a national japaneese bread called 'Ja-pan'.So the bread maker left and Azuma make a lots of experiments for a 'bread that is more delicious than rice' that called 'Ja-pan'.When he's 16,he works in Pantsia,and from there he meet many new friends and join many competition even an international competition
