recently in the manga ichigo's bankai form evolved and zangetsu connects to the rest of ichigo's clothes with a chain. Ichigo' spirital pressure became so powerful no one is able to sense it. his speed and especially strength got stronger

Tensa Zangetsu's spirit appearance is younger maybe in the early twenties. he also fuses with ichigo's hollow self. it's unknown what abilities this form has but it can be assured that it's powerful since it took years for ichigo to master
