BTW, I am so sure of this because I am the media policy maker for my political party. So I have analyzed a lot of laws and stuff :D (and once more me is fan-boy: moe is CUTE, HAPPY, and AWESOME! >3 And remove that character limit!)

Only hentai does that. But anything marked by publisher as 18+ is excempt from the law. In other words, all this law does is give the goverment a bat to hit publishers who would market hardcore sex manga/anime as all-ages. None does that...

Character limit >< Actually, harcore schoolgirl rape hentai is on purpose not covered under this bill because it's marketed as 18+. And really, lucky star, k-on etc. don't "glorify and exagerat extreme sex acts", do they? ;-)

Hi there! Wel I am sorry but 3 things: 1: Ishihara has that he doesn't care what adults read, so stamping out isn't true. 2: Cute moe anime definitely doesn't fall under this, ask a lawyer ;-) 3: I LOVE moe and that's MY choice! K-on! ;3
