    Shogun Seint is better with the Melty Blood(the Shingetsutan Tsukihime fighting game) characters than i am. I personally like to use Kohaku cuz she flies around on a broomstick dropping molotov cocktails. xD

    I've never actually seen MUGEN running on the PSP, only on the PC and the Xbox, so I can't tell you. I know the Xbox and the PSP versions are rather "stripped down" as compared to the PC version.

    It's MUGEN. although, the sound didn't come out too well. MUGEN is a 2D fighting game engine for the PC/XBOX/PSP. Basically, with the engine, you can create your very own fighting game. I.E. stages, characters, bgm.
