This is Power Instinct Matrimelee, the 2nd latest installment of the Power Instinct family. This heavily revolves around parodying other fighting games, with its mascot, Ume, being the total opposite of all the popular heroes of the fighting genre. Rather than being about becoming the patriarch/matriarch of the wacky family like the older installments, this is about making the family bigger. The hopeless family and their non-related rivals go for the hand of borderline-loli Princess Sissy or her brother, Sissy also happen to have SNK syndrome....great.

the poochie (alien) stage music is CLASSIC.. the game looks like a mugen nightmare though, the win quotes make it look freeware..maybe it is?

This is made on a decade-old console and the controls are actually very accurate. Its just that the Taro brothers aren't exactly the best example if you want fancy stuff.

Awh, I miss this game, it's so awesome. Yeah, Sissy is nearly impossible to beat. I think I've only defeated her once... in all the times I played, hahahaha.
