a friend of mine got the new sti, and it's really nice, grips like a beast, and looks a lot better in person, especially in blue with the gold rims.

The pics and vids of the STi don't do it justice. I used to hate the new design, then I saw one in the metal and WHOA! I likey. Have yet to see the X though, Mitsubishi Philippines is too slow in bringing it out. Subaru's got a head start.

I hate both cars. however, the evo x has been made for a broader target audience instead of race fans and tuners while wrx is more focused now on rally but looks like a kia.

I love the STi but I just feel that it looks like the BMW 1 series from afar and the front looks like a Saab. But regardless of looks the STi is a great drive!

uhh--- did you guys know that mitsubishi is making a evo x hatchback as well.... it's in development right now. Turns out, the hatchback offers more structural rigidity... both types (paddle and manual) of evo x have already lost the the sti in tsukuba.
