    I like how Evil Ryu's flashes are with the lightning and stuff. But I'm not sure which chara is better. Depends mostly on the player that controls them.

    Great mugen, it is dependant on the player skills, not the character mostly, there are also angel ken and chaos ryu, i really want to see those two in action, they both got Tian. Which is totally awesome kickass. =3

    depends on the player, however in computer AI, I've seen Ken beat Ryu like nothing especially with all those air combos.
