they are most likely ether tamiya's or yokomo's, and yes they are 1/10 scale.

man i rc drift here in aus. its extremely fun. a basic setup will cost around $300 second hand or $500 new. A new racing chassis is $600 to $1000 plus radio gear motors batteries etc... visit rcd1.org or ausdrift.net for more details
