The game storyline began in 1967-68, the player takes the role of Cate Archer, a secret agent of the fictional British anti-terror organization UNITY, combats the international terrorist network H.A.R.M.. The spin-off concerns John Jack, a professional killer hired by H.A.R.M, an evil organization that developed a powerful bioweapon called "Human Time-Bomb"
