OK, Protoman/Blues was harder in previous version of Megaman games, I'll explain, in previous version he had reflect (the red shield) and always stayed in the back, therefore buster and chips that do not freeze time are hard to successfully hit him, in here... it's all messed up... Although is V1, I'll add his other versions soon.
