    I never did like Melty Blood Characters. they have a an auto-parry button, infinite Guard, semi-annoying moves and invincibility frams.....and I couldn't get this particular one to work...

    well, Dio wouldn't win if Arcueid was being controlled by a player though. Can't you see Dio's frustration when Arc was about to die? lol Arcueid's got an infinite blocking thing tho', I know coz she's one of my faves.

    its WinMugen, i think. Red Arc is a custom Arcueid, based from Arcueid various modes, from Melty Blood Dio is from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, he's a badass character, he's also seen in Jump AllStars btw.
