yup. Both side suffered ,but for singapore, we may have suffer but it also taught a very tough lesson that the Brit aint that strong after all. Jap shld start learning from the germans in terms of the handling of post war

well, in WW2, both parties were at fault if you read into the history. The intention to end this war was too brutal. Allied flexed too much of muscle and the other party was obviously merciless. Singapore was greatly affected by the war..
