they should have done the first movie with the old crew together and how they got seperated...then made this one and should have another where he returns one way or another...all in all it wasn't bad...just a 5min story line stretched out..

hah.. that was it? just a big get together and shizz? I didn't even get the part about those Martian Successors... and most of the scenes were all about trying to get the main cast back together..Black Serena aka Akito's new mech was badass

There's a video game sequel to this ("The Mission") showing the Nadesico searching for Akito. But it didn't come out outside Japan... Anyway, this movie wasn't too bad. Better than I was expecting considering how much people dump on it.
