Cut scene from Kiniro no Corda 2 Game for PS2. Shinobu needs to arrange the Christmas Concert and he asks for Kahoko's help. Kahoko and Shouko decide to help, and Namie comes and tells them she want to help too. Lili shows up and gives Kahoko a song. The song can only be played if Kahoko has an ensemble (a group of people who play music together), and the ensemble must consist of one violin player, one flute player, one clarinet player, and one viola player. When Azuma shows up, Kahoko asks him if he will join the ensemble. At first Azuma wasn't willing to join since he's already in 3rd year and has to study harder, but in the end he agrees to join. After that, they meet Shinobu again. Shinobu is talking to Aoi, it seems that they know each other before, and Shinobu is surprised to find Aoi has moved to Seisho Gakuen. They all talk about finding a viola player. Aoi keeps silent, afraid to say that he can play viola, because his skill is WAY BELOW all the music students. But Kahoko knows no one else who can play the viola (except for Shinobu, but he can't join because he's not a student anymore). Seeing Kahoko so sad and confused, Aoi decides to join. Everyone is surprised to hear that he can play both violin and viola. Shinobu is thankful to Aoi, and tells him that he shouldn't be afraid and should practice with the viola. Azuma isn't too happy, though, because his music skill is WAY AHEAD of Aoi and he dislikes people who can't play well. But because his good side wins (he can't show his bad side in front of anyone but Kahoko and Kazuki!), he just smiles and welcomes Aoi to the ensemble. The storyline for this part can change if Kahoko (the player) decides to ask AOI first, then AZUMA. ^ ... more
