This is gameplay footage from Rez. Rez is a video game released by Sega in Japan in 2001 for the Dreamcast and PlayStation 2. The game, to this day is considered one of the artistically influential games ever created. It's the first game to actually be considered as art. The game also received an award from The Agency for Cultural Affairs Media Art Festival in Japan. Check out one of the levels from the game.
