Level 105 opponents still generate Random Equipments, so it's possible to have below 9999max HP. It's also like how in my videos, some of them start with almost 2000 BP, while the rest don't.

idk. hes fighting against a com and thats more easier than a player so go PVP with cloud(P1) and squall(P2). Also, WHEN IS THE GAME IS COMING FOR US???

Squall kicked ass but at the end you were just screwing with him, with only 49 HP with BP into 800's you could have taken him out with one hit.
