    It's an accessory that gives 2000% BP in the beginning. It's not possible to obtain legitly but even on online play, they usually lose to me when I use Jecht. Just reflect 9999 damage back to them lol.

    im not sure but i think the max HP is 9999 and seph's dmg was 9999 so cloud died in 1 hit the video wasnt choppy but then again i never played this so i could be wrong
