It's not an unlockable skill. Angel Heart is a special skill you gain when you enter EX Mode. While in Ex Mode, press R + Square and you will execute it. I'm surprised a lot of people don't know.

I ran towards the end since I wanna test out Angel Heart. It's only possible to use it from a distance. Other than that, I went head on with Cloud.
