Even story mode and cutscenes have been translated. You don't have to wait for the English version (which I bet is gonna butcher the game).

Tidus' Voice Actor is Masakazu Morita. He's the one who voiced Kurosaki Ichigo from Bleach. I'm not kidding.

The voice cast for the NA version hasn't been finalized yet... But I have always hated the English versions of the final fantasy games.

The game's main feature is the Ad-Hoc though. A PS2 would totally defeat the purpose. Anyway FF sales on the PSP has always been really good.
